Project was made by the Silesian University of Technology as part of the „Vouchers for innovation for SMEs”, the Intelligent Development Operational Program for 2014-2020, commissioned by Avionic S.J<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the project was to develop and verify changes to the SZD-56-2 „Diana-2” glider design, including the installation of the FES (Front Electric Sustainer) electric drive with a battery power source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project title: \u201cLong-Endurance UAV for assessing atmospheric pollution profiles\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The project includes, the design, optimization and construction of a stratospheric aircraft with the main goal of long-term flight and detailed analysis of the upper atmosphere. During the project, at least two scaled demonstrators will be made based on the designed platform. The models will be used to analyze the flight properties of the designed solution.<\/p>\n
